VILAR SOFT Ltd. has been developing software for sewing industrywas since 1989. More that fifteen years of computer designing of apparel allowed us to gain substantial experience, which was extremely useful for us to develop new versions of the system. Most of our specialists are designers, and this allows us to understand real needs and requirements of designers.

New versions of CAD LEKO maintain relations with earlier versions, and at the same time they include much more new resolutions in all operational modes, that brings you to new professional level. New methods enable our users to get wide grading range (from S to XXL sizes) and high level of re-using of drafts made before.

We maintain reasonable prices for our software. For example, the base design module costs 300 euro only.

Comprehensive description delivered with our software to the customer and wide installation possibilities of CAD LEKO make our customers almost independent from our customer service. This results sometimes in the lack of feedbackwith our customers.

Our approach to system delivery proved to be correct and useful - other CADs follow it. Almost all new patternmaking softwares allow to make patterns under this or that method, save these patterns in their language and make patterns for all sizes with necessary seam/hem allowances. Traditional grading is replaced with re-making of patterns for every size. But to input the method is only the first step. CAD LEKO developers made big step further producing software with automated design methods that are to be used to avoid additional manual work.

Among our products is "FASHION PATTERN MAGAZINE", which is expecially popular among private users and small manufacturers. This is a CD that contains 20-30 modern fashion designs in all sizes providing you with personal patterns of these designs. All that you need to do is to choose a design you like and put your measurements in. The program builds exact patterns to be printed. Unfortunately, our "FASHION PATTERN MAGAZINE" has become popular popular among hackers also...

Currently we are developing 3-dismentional version of pattern making system (see picture in demo version). Putting 3D system into operation will reduce the period of model developing, allow you to achieve perfect fit and approach made-to-measure patterns creating and "touchless" sewing. Besides, we currently use cameras for creating patterns.

Now we launch new projects which use advantages of the Internet:

• made-to-measure pattern making, initially by e-mail, after the payment system is introduced via Internet, we shall change to on-line mode

• pattern developing for industry, under sketches and photos

• to sell our production via e-mail

• to organize the cooperation of LEKO users, selling of methods
