Our enterprise was established in 1999. We produce small lots of classic
womenswear and use polish, turkish and korean fabric and buy our production
via our shops. Our usual customers are teachers, doctors and students.
From the beginning of our work we use models that satisfy our customers and
that fit them best. From our experience we have found that the most effective
method for us is "Mueller and son"
Of course, computerizing was necessary! And we have bought LEKO, the most
accessible for us version - without hem/seam allowances, but with printing.
It took us 4 month to study it perfectly.
Our work and expenses were not futile. LEKO proved to be reliable and
convenient to work with, it allows bringing into life any pattern making
method, but there were certain troubles in studying it. Reading of "User's
manual" is not easy. But this is not a thing to be afraid of.
Just begin, and, when you will be studying first steps, the programmers will
write clear and popular manual. But, as we suppose, there is no such a strong
need in manual - you can use the program even with minimum of skills and
knowledge. Begin from the beginning and use the initial possibilities of the
program. Now we already use the version with allowances.
We print patterns in matrix printer LX-1170 and use roll paper.
Our methods are base on "Mueller and son", and, we must say, the results are
good.
Measurement data base given in LEKO is suitable for our area's typical
figures. As for non-standard figures, our methods bring changes taking into
account stoop, narrow back and long front waist.
We think that working in LEKO is one of basic moments of our success.
Other important moment is enthusiasm work of our highly skilled employees.
And the third moment is that we always are sure in our success and do our best
to proceed production of the highest quality.
In nowadays market conditions, when trading enlarges, it is necessary for
small manufacturers to collaborate. Of course, all manufactures trend to
enlarge, - it is one of market laws. But we are at our level. And, as we all
work in the same economic conditions, we all have the same troubles. And, as
we think, collaboration in such conditions would be profitable for all who
work in field of area-oriented fashion. As we think, moments of cooperation
are:
- buying fabric from manufacturers (for example, the turkish manufacture
BOSSA accept orders of 1000 m and above, but our needs are just 300 m of one
kind);
- information about fabric deliverers and marketing information;
- models.
Send us a picture of your models - and we develop a method for you.
We are also interested in your opinion on HEILEMANN fabrics. Also we are looking for foreign catalogues of office uniform.
Our bestsellers are clothing made of non-expensive fabric ($3-6), of not too bright colours and of classical fashion. We are currently not successful in sewing bright-coloured things - mostly do to the fact that we were not able to find suitable fabric.
On the CD we offer you will find our models of 2003/2004 season. Maybe you will find some of them not perfect, but we do our best and, besides, offer you methods on which our bestsellers are based.
